The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ze22 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
ze22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; or at ze22's sole discretion where it determines continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, other players, or its licensing obligations.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where ze22 determines that a breach has occurred that caused financial loss to the platform, ze22 reserves the right to offset any recoverable balance against such losses before any residual amount is returned.
Players who wish to close their ze22 account voluntarily may do so by contacting ze22 support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified PKR balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
All content on the ze22 platform — including but not limited to the ze22 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, promotional materials, software, and text — is the intellectual property of ze22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ze22's platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any ze22 content without prior written consent from ze22.
ze22 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze22 makes no warranties or representations — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform.
ze22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ze22 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical error, interruption of service, unauthorised account access, or inaccurate odds display. ze22's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to ze22 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ze22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
ze22 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your agreement with ze22. By using the ze22 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
